WHAT IT MEANS FOR US AND YOU 

We work with many advice firms and are continually looking at ways we can improve our internal processes and ultimately the service we offer our clients.  By being awarded the ISO 9001-2015 Certification our current and future clients can be assured that they are working with a company who continually strives for efficient working practices and professionalism.  We always want to ensure the service we provide is of the highest quality and have a clear desire to exceed our clients expectations.

WHAT IS ISO 9001-2015?

ISO 9001-2015 is an internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems which outlines the requirements an organisation must maintain to meet the needs of their customers and stakeholders.  It is based on the idea of continual improvement and requires an organisation to define its objectives relating to quality and to constantly look at improving processes.  Having a Quality Management System in place helps an organisation become more efficient and improve customer satisfaction.


Improvement of customer satisfaction - one of the core principals of ISO 9001 is to improve customer satisfaction by planning and striving to meet customer requirements.


Evidence of decision making - the need to use evidence based decision making rather than 'gut feel' is key to ISO 9001.  By driving decisions based solely on evidence we are more focused in applying resources in the correct areas to help improve efficiency and increase cost savings.


Culture of continual improvement - by adopting a culture of continual improvement in everything we do gives improved efficiency in services to clients, stakeholders and employees.


Better process integration - by constantly working on internal processes and the interactions between them, we can easily eliminate steps which add little or no value to our clients or the business.  Better process flows can also be used to help eliminate risk, errors and ultimately reduce costs.


Employee engagement - employees who are involved in helping improve the processes they deal with day to day are notably more engaged.  This in turn ensures that they are more productive and will help the organisation improve, become more efficient and understand how the entire process is dependent on them and how it ultimately affects the client.


As a business, Jigsaw Tree Outsourcing has a quality policy with states that we will "give peace of mind to all our clients, other stakeholders and interested parties in the services we provide and are always looking for opportunities to exceed their expectations."


We cannot do this without having a Quality Management System in place.
