Accounts – Income Reconciliation 

We are currently looking for two people for this role which involves processing income within a variety of CRM solutions in Financial Services.  You will be working directly with Advice Firms and their data to match and reconcile income, close down accounting periods and creating reports. Previous experience working in financial services and a good working knowledge of income types and accounting is desirable. Training on CRM systems can be provided although previous experience would be an advantage. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is well organised and confident working with our wonderful friendly team and clients.

These are both flexible roles in terms of hours and as we are a virtual business, these roles have the benefit of being permanently based from anywhere in the UK.

Project Manager and Consultant

The purpose of this role is to help Advice Firms by providing practical solutions that you implement in relation to their use of technology.  You will work with firms to create the project plan, provide configuration and set up expertise and manage clients' expectations to deliver against their requirements. Previous experience working in financial services and a good working knowledge of technology in the financial advice sector would be an advantage. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is well organised and confident working with our wonderful friendly team and clients.

This is a flexible role in terms of hours and as we are a virtual business, you will work from home apart from occasional client site visits.

Business Development Manager 

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for following up on marketing campaigns and leads, understanding potential clients’ needs and creating proposals, leading to successfully closing opportunities. Are you a self-starter who is well organised and able to build good relationships with prospects and clients who are looking to use our services?

This is flexible a role in terms of hours and as we are a virtual business, this role has the benefit of being permanently based from anywhere in the UK.
