Chris Baigent-Reed
Managing Director
For over 25 years, Chris Baigent-Reed, founder of Jigsaw Tree, has excelled in Financial Services. She values honesty in service and prioritises client success.
Outside of work, Chris cycles, walks her dog Bruce, enjoys playing tennis, and raises money for charity, participating in events like the National Three Peaks Challenge.
Her expertise spans Business, Technology, Digital Transformation, Project Management, Operations, and Sales Management. Chris is also a member of the Public Advisory Group (PAG) of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.

Christina Henderson
Consulting Director
Christina is a seasoned technology and change management leader with 30+ years in financial services and investment management. She excels in driving transformative change, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering client outcomes.
Specialising in product ownership, stakeholder engagement, and straight-through processing, she leads marketing strategy and delivery.
Christina integrates technical prowess, business insights, and strategic vision.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and is learning to play golf.
Gemma Lowndes
Operations Director
Gemma has 20 years’ experience in Financial Services and is a vital, self-motivated member of Jigsaw Tree.
Leading the Projects and Training Team, Outsourced Income Reconciliation, and the Outsourced Administration Team, she helps firms optimise their practice management systems and processes. Gemma listens carefully to understand issues, tailoring solutions that resolve problems.
Devoted to her family, she describes her daughter Hollie as her inspiration. She adores her home life and is proud of her achievements both professionally and personally.

Angela Richardson
Outsourced Income Reconciliation Lead
Angela transitioned from the utilities industry to Financial Services in 2021, specialising in Income Reconciliation and proficiently using systems like Intelliflo, Xplan, and Enable. She now leads the team of outsourced income reconciliation specialists at Jigsaw Tree, driven by a passion for exceeding client expectations, improving team performance and implementing process improvements.
Outside of work, Angela dedicates her spare time to fundraising for local charities, embodying a commitment to community support alongside her professional leadership role.
Zoe Stretton
Senior Outsourced Income Reconciliation Specialist
As a Senior Outsourced Income Reconciliation Specialist and our longest-serving employee with over 10 years at Jigsaw Tree, Zoe ensures reliable service for our clients. With a background in income and commissions at Iress, she has extensive experience in revenue management.
Zoe is passionate about helping firms maximise value, approaching each project with meticulous attention and exceptional processing skills.
Outside work, she enjoys socialising with family and friends.
Kirsten James
Outsourced Administration Specialist
With 20 years of experience as an Administrator, Kirsten values close client relationships and prides herself on excellent customer service. She efficiently helps clients find easier ways to provide accurate data through teamwork and problem-solving.
Kirsten’s greatest accomplishment is "becoming a mum," and she dreams of one day working on a large game reserve.
Lorraine Bunn
Outsourced Income Reconciliation Specialist
Lorraine has extensive experience supporting Financial Advisers, having worked as an administrator for many years.
She began her career at a small company specialising in Investment and Pension advice, then moved to larger firms offering Life and Mortgage advice. Lorraine also provided administrative support to a care home for adults with Autism.
Now at Jigsaw Tree, she supports firms with outsourced income reconciliation, leveraging her vast administrative experience and meticulous attention to detail.
Lorraine enjoys coffee, jogging, and using her spin bike.
Kath McKenzie
Outsourced Income Reconciliation Specialist
Kath’s background in financial services spans over 30 years from starting with LV, moving to reassurance at the UK Swiss Re Head Office before overseeing the Operational function of a large Advisory firm.
Kath has been a part of the Jigsaw Tree income reconciliation team since 2019.
Outside of work Kath enjoys travelling, baking, and spending time with her family, including two elderly West Highland Terriers and a rescue Cockapoo.
Nicola Ellis
Outsourced Administration Specialist
Nicola has 18 years of experience in Financial Services, starting as an administrator for a Mortgage advice firm, and over 25 years working with individual customers and larger firms.
As one of our Outsourced Administration Specialists, she provides valuable support to advisers, helping achieve company goals. Nicola excels in delivering excellent customer service and enjoys building professional relationships.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with family, traveling with friends, and drinking coffee. Nicola dreams of visiting San Francisco and Australia.
Mollie-Jayne Fitzpatrick
Outsourced Income Reconciliation Specialist
With 6 years of experience in finance, Mollie has gained valuable insights into the world of

At Jigsaw Tree, Rebecca supports IFAs nationwide with expert administration. She started at Sesame Bankhall Group, gaining comprehensive knowledge of financial adviser support. Proficient in Intelligent Office, she's an organised team member.
Outside work, she enjoys long walks with her dog Poppy in Scotland's Highlands and serves as treasurer for her village hall.
Andrea Willis
Senior Outsourced Income Reconciliation Specialist
Andrea began her career in 1990 with Eagle Star Insurance, later part of Zurich, working across several claims teams before becoming a Centre Administrator.
After a break to have her son and eight years self-employed, she returned to financial services as an administrator for a small IFA. She joined Gale & Phillipson (now Finli G&P Ltd) in 2017, working in administration before moving into Income Reconciliation, where she has spent five years managing fee reconciliations, business integrations, and adviser reporting while working extensively with systems such as Adviser Office, iO, and Curo.
Outside work, she enjoys travelling, architecture, art, photography, cooking, and good food and wine.
Jan Soria
Outsourced Administration Specialist
Jan Soria is a proactive and results-driven admin specialist, passionate about streamlining processes, managing data with precision, and delivering measurable results. A graduate from a prestigious university in Cebu, Philippines, he brings a strong work ethic and relentless curiosity, thriving on learning quickly, taking initiative, and contributing value from day one.
Outside of work, Jan channels his energy into fitness and running, and expresses his creativity through playing the guitar and producing cinematic videos, which he creates to capture and preserve the memories of every adventure.

Income Reconciliation, Project Manager & Administration Lead
With nearly 40 years’ experience in financial services, Sarah joins Jigsaw Tree with knowledge and experience in operations, from being a PA in the early years to managing a team of administrators and running projects, including integrations.

Sarah’s skills lie in process improvement, identifying efficiencies, with specific attention to data processing and how back office systems operate.

Devoted to her family, including two grown up daughters and two border terriers. Sarah’s other passion is netball, both umpiring and playing.
Naya Hemens-Westaway
Business Consultant
Naya brings valuable financial services and technology expertise to Jigsaw Tree, specialising in CRM systems within large firms. Her family's finance background deepens her understanding of technology challenges.
Known for nurturing strong client relationships through effective communication and unwavering support, she guides with resilience and positivity.
Outside work, Naya enjoys time with friends, family, and taking her dog, Darwin, on long walks with his brother Winston.
Sarah Dockree
Trainer & Project Manager
Sarah has 20 years of experience in Financial Services, with a break in the Newspaper Industry (2012-2015).

As a Manager for Business Processing and Support Teams, she gained expertise in improving systems and operations. Since 2015, she has focused on financial administration and enhancing processes, driven by her passion for efficiency.
Sarah completed a Business Analyst course in 2023, which led her to join Jigsaw Tree’s Projects and Training Team.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her children, family visits, spending time with friends and running.
Charlotte Morris
Trainer & Project Manager
Charlotte has over 7 years of experience working in Financial Services and over 6 years of management experience.

As Charlotte has worked in both administrative and management roles, she has gained extensive knowledge in improving operational processes, supporting both the business and people to achieve their goals and has a passion for building strong long lasting relationships.

Outside of work Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family, friends, long walks with her dog Archie and is also a Les Mills Bodycombat & Bodyattack instructor.

With over 10 years’ experience working with financial and operational data, Eva is passionate about transforming complex information into clear insights that drive better business decisions. She specialises in helping organisations implement smarter systems, streamline operations, and empower teams to work confidently with data. Her approach combines analytical precision with a people-first mindset, ensuring every solution is practical, effective, and easy to adopt.

Outside of work, Eva enjoys life by the sea - paddle boarding in the summer, taking long coastal walks, and relaxing by cooking and hosting dinner parties with friends and family.
Hugo Trebels
Finance Administrator/Outsourced Income Reconciliation Specialist
Hugo is a vastly experienced and commercially minded Finance Administrator. His responsibilities include ensuring all of our clients are invoiced correctly and being on hand to answer any questions the clients may have.
Since starting his work with Jigsaw Tree in 2014 he has provided valuable administration support and works with a number of clients providing outsourced income reconciliation.
Hugo is also active in the theatre as a director, actor and producer.
Jack Warren
Marketing and Social Media Executive
Jack recently graduated from university with a first-class degree in Business Management. During his studies, he acquired a diverse set of skills that he is eager to apply and further develop in a professional setting.
His role encompasses a broad spectrum of marketing tasks aimed at attracting clients and enhancing their satisfaction and researching A.I strategies.

Outside of work, he has a passion for sports, particularly football, golf, and weightlifting. He also cherishes spending time with his friends and creating lasting memories with them
Kim Calder
Business Administrator
With a passion for organisation and a calm, can-do attitude, Kim is an experienced administrator who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. She’s spent much of her career supporting teams across healthcare, sales, and customer service - always with a smile and a strong focus on the people she’s helping.

Kim loves solving problems, staying one step ahead, and making sure everything is in place to support the wider team. Her attention to detail, approachable nature, and commitment to getting things done make her a perfect fit for Jigsaw Tree.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys countryside walks with her dog Belle, spending time with family, and getting stuck into the house renovation project she is currently tackling.
Helen Price-Evans
HR Manager
Helen Price-Evans is a CIPD qualified professional with over 20 years of human resources management, business training and coaching experience.

Helen, who has a long career history in customer services, has a warm and personable relationship-orientated approach. Her excellent sense of humour and positive energy helps to yield excellent results from the Jigsaw Tree team.

She uses her insight and NLP coaching skills to help us realise our potential and harnesses it for ultimate success.
John Escreet
Infrastructure Manager
John oversees our technology and infrastructure, bringing over 20 years of experience to the team. His journey in Financial Services began at Towry Law in 2006, and since then, he has played a key role in advising on technology solutions and implementations.
Since joining us, John has been instrumental in ensuring we deliver seamless virtual face-to-face support to our clients, always keeping us at the forefront of innovation.
Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the countryside and coastal walks with his wife and their dog, Lulu. His expertise, dedication, and strategic vision make him an invaluable part of our team.
Bruce
The Office Dog
Bruce is the star of many of our campaigns. Despite the attention, he has managed to keep his paws on the ground.

His other duties include keeping Chris company in her garden office and providing feedback on marketing material.
