Jigsaw Tree Supplementary Terms of Business for AI White Paper
These supplementary terms of business apply specifically to the purchase and distribution of Jigsaw 
Tree’s AI White Paper. By purchasing the AI White Paper, you agree to the following terms:
1. License for Use
The AI White Paper is provided for your internal business use only. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the document solely within your organisation.
1.1 Sharing Restrictions:
• The document may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced, in whole or in part, outside 
your organisation without prior written consent from Jigsaw Tree.
• Sharing with external parties, including subsidiaries or affiliates, is strictly prohibited unless 
expressly authorised by Jigsaw Tree.

2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the AI White Paper as a digital intellectual product:
• No Refunds: Refunds will not be provided once the document has been accessed, 
downloaded, or delivered in any format.
• If you believe you have received the wrong document or there are issues with the format, 
please contact Jigsaw Tree immediately for assistance and resolution at 
hello@jigsawtree.com
3. Discounts and Promotions
• Jigsaw Tree may offer discounts or promotional pricing on the AI White Paper at its sole 
discretion.
• Any discounts or promotions are time-limited and cannot be applied retroactively to prior 
purchases.
4. Intellectual Property
The AI White Paper and all associated materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Jigsaw Tree.
• You may not alter, adapt, or create derivative works based on the AI White Paper without 
prior written approval.
• All rights, including copyrights, are reserved by Jigsaw Tree.
5. Payment Terms
• Payment for the AI White Paper is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise 
agreed in writing.
• Invoices (where applicable) must be settled within the specified payment terms. 
6. Liability
Jigsaw Tree will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or business interruption resulting from the 
use or misuse of the AI White Paper. The document is provided for informational purposes only, and 
its application is at the sole discretion and risk of the purchaser.
7. Amendments to These Terms
Jigsaw Tree reserves the right to update or amend these supplementary terms at any time. Any 
changes will be communicated to purchasers via email or website updates.
8. Standard Terms of Business

By purchasing the AI White Paper, you acknowledge and agree to these supplementary terms in 
addition to Jigsaw Tree’s general Terms of Business.
